Baker Wotring LLP on legal team suing generic drug manufacturers on behalf of Harris County

Vince Ryan, Harris County Attorney, and Baker Wotring LLP Partner, David George, announcing Harris County’s suit against generic drug manufacturers on March 2, 2020 for unlawfully increase the price of generic drugs in violation of federal law. Vince Ryan retained Baker Wotring LLP to sue on behalf of Harris County stating, “We intend to hold these pharmaceutical companies accountable for one of the most egregious and massive price fixing conspiracies in the history of the United States.”
