David George Wins Appeal in Refinery Explosion Case
Baker Wotring partner David George won an appeal on behalf of workers injured and killed in a refinery explosion. The Fourteenth Court of Appeals agreed with George that the jury’s verdict of over $100 million in damages was supported by the evidence.
