Port Accepts $100 Million Settlement
A $100 million settlement has been reached over the massive contamination of Port of Houston property from an adjacent pesticide manufacturing plant.
The port settled a lawsuit with GB Biosciences, its parent company and 11 other firms associated with the east Houston plant.
